Our signature dishes include:

• Turkey and chicken –our poultry items are marinated 12 more hours in our special secret ingredients before smoking them with Post Oak!

• Brisket – only USDA prime grade beef products The most succulent to BBQ ever!

• Mobile catering kitchen – we can provide onsite cooking and serving with our mobile kitchens in trailer mounted smokers and grills to give you a true Texas BBQ experience.

We can bundle groups of any size and even bring our mobile kitchen/Smokers to your event.  Plus provide customized catering menus based on your budget and needs.

 BBQ grill catering. We can provide wood-fired grills on site for fajitas or hamburgers etc.
